My question is: I have to analyse DNA and in my samples are Oligonucleoties and perhaps DNA as residues of an digestion I only want to analyse Nucleotides and I have a quite good method for this but (Column: LiChroCART 250-4 RP18 Solvent:
50mM KH2PO4 pH4,1 2,5%ACN 1%MeOH 35°C)the remaining Oligonucleotides elute late and disturbe the following analyses
Which solvent can wash them out fast and quantitative or can I inject a solvent which washes tehm out

I solved the problem on my own by injekting 200µl 40%AcN
