I want to detect ascorbic acid and its oxidised product dehydroascorbic acid simultaneously by using hplc.please give me some suggestions in setting the method for it

Forget about reverse phase, try some amino column with buffer.
Use Dithiothreitol to reduce the dehydroascorbic to ascorbic acid.
