I have problem to select a proper column to a ringsystem consisting of five carbone and one nitrogene. The nitrogene has also one CH2CH2OH group bounded and become a tertiary amine the ring is also having one OH group in para position due to the nitrogen and four methylgroups in orto position due to the nitrogen (two on each side)
Anny suggestions???
