Umm - read the manual? It does explain what to do. If you don't have a manual, check the Agilent website - they have online manuals available.
Put simply, you go into the alignment mode, tell the autosampler to go to a particular vial location, then adjust the vial gripper so it is exactly centered over the vial. Check it on the other side of the vial tray too.
