hi, everyone,

I met some injection problem for HP1100. We use aluminium foil to cover out plate by robotics. The plate will be sealed by Aluminium at the temperature 160C.

However, when I made the injection. I saw the injection volume is much less than what it should be from the injection peak. Will the inject hole be stucked by alumin foil?

thanks so much!

This could be the problem. You could also be experiencing a vaccuum inside the well if you are withdrawing a volume and air can not get back into the well.

Also, are you certain the solutions you are injecting are OK - have you injected them from a conventional HPLC vial for example?
