I am currently trying to purify the title compound using HPLC method.
I have tried a SAX or NH2 staionnary phases but since I can't use acidic eluent, the compound always elute with the solvent front.

Does anyone has a solution to solve this problem?

Thanks

This is a very polar compound, and I would use HILIC on a HILIC silica column. Run a gradient from 95% acetonitrile to 50%, and then finetune the method.

You should get retention of this compound at pH 5 or 6 with this compound via SAX. What eluent did you use? Try a weak eluent like acetate. How are you detecting this compound? It shouldn't absorb in the UV. You should be using conductivity detection for this compound.
