Have you checked with the column manufacturer? Generally they are in the best position to make suggestions based on their knowledge of the material and input from other customers.

I use a SEC Column in order to separate humic substances and their Cu complex! After 100-200 injections, separation problems appeared. Lack of resolution and different retention times. Humic substances are hydrophilic and soluble in alkalic solutions and my column is packed of a polymeric and hydrophilic material. I would be pleased if someone could propose me a regeneration procedure for these column and substance conditions!! Thank you
