Hello all,

I have problem when I try to develope a new method for a ring system consisting of five carbon and one nitrogen. The nitrogen is a member of the ring but is also bounded to a alifatic ethanolgroup and in para position there is an OH-group and one hydrogen. In addition there is four methylenegroup in ortho position to the nitrogen and in metha position there is four hydrogen.
I started with ACN/H2O 20/80 and NH2-column but it seams that this is not that easy?? Should I use Buffer? Is this kind of molecule extra diffecult?
