I have no ICH guidelines.What kind of impürities there is in ICH guidelines.Do ý have to analyse residüel solvents in finished product?

U can visit www.ich.org and see under guidelines. It contains requirements for both organic and inorganic impurities. Yes you should analyse residual solvents.(for details see the online guideline)
