We are looking for a LC method to analyse Buprenorphine and Buprenorphine known Impurity A. Our aim is to get an LOQ of at least 0.1% for the Imp. A and for unknown impurities calculated by the active ingredient. Additionally we would like to have the determination of the assay and of the impurities in one run.
