I have a Biocad Sprint, which is giving me many ghost peaks. I have run the system with just 20% MeOH injections. I have done an injection with the column off line and an injection through the autosampler and then have put the column back on -line and done a manual injection. I am getting a peak immediately and about about 30 min into the run getting many more peaks. If I just flush the column I get no peaks my flour. decetor will remain at zero. Any thoughts or comments you have will be greatly appreciated.
