I am looking into the possibillies of setting up a more or less generic protocol for drugs. It could be it results in a few more or less generic protocols of course, perhaps one for acid, one for neutral and one for basic compounds. However, right now, I am selecting model compounds but I cannot find any drugs (neutral, basic or acid) with a logP above 5. Can anybody help me finding these?

I am looking for drugs within the logP range 5-8.

I am not quite sure what you want to do. If you want to create a method development protocol, I can help you with a publication. Contact me, if you are interested.

Dr Neue, do you have reference for desloratadine using Atlantis dC18?
