We face most recently some severe challenges with Waters XTerra columns. Bad perfomance and bad batch to batch reproducibility. Did someone make a similar experience and wishes to comment?

I had three XTerra columns from three diferent lots and all of them showed different retention time for my parent compound (the difference was over 15% and I started with brand new columns). What is going on? is it my compound or what. I always equlibrated the columns for at least 30 minutes and did multiple injections).
