I need to quantitate AdoHcy/SAM from a 0.25M HClO4 plant
extract using 50mMNaHPO4 and 10mM Heptanesulfonic acid
pH3.2. I have been working on this for nearly a year and cannot
acquire consistency (within a reasonable STD) for the control
group. My retention times are consistent and the peaks are
clearly separated. The column I am using is a C-8. Would a
longer column solve this problem?
