Anyone know how I could assay a compound called "Potassium-L-menthyl-itaconate" by HPLC?
I've tried a couple of procedures using C18 columns, UV @ 215 and 254, mobile phases of aqueous/AcN and acidic/AcN and just not seeing any peak at all except the ethanol solvent that it is dissolved in.
