hello, i have a problem when i started a gradient before o hold time of 6 minutes, my mobile phases are water /methanol 70:30, and 20:80 respectly with 0.1% of TFA.
When the gradient is beging a peak appears at time 8.5 minutes... is there a problem with my solvenT?
