Hi..I'm interested to run Chitin in GPC. The column set used is Waters Ultrahydrogel which is anionic type. Chitin is cationic, so I use 0.8M NaNO3 but no peak comes out at all. I suspect all the peaks are retained into the column. Any alternative mobile phase to suggest?
