For the last six months, my manual injector has not been sending a signal to the Empower software to begin recording on our Waters 1515 pump with Empower software.

I think a virus patch prevents the signal from reaching the computer.

Has anyone else seen this?

Have you checked whether its a machanical problem with the Injector?

If its a virus, I guess you can determine it with the verify files tool that has been used to validate your software system. The CRC value of some files can't be correct anymore and you can see which files are corrupt.

Try checking the Rheodyne. Check that the contact closure is being sent. If not, fix it. If it is, make sure it is correctly connected to the system.
