Did you bother to check the literature? In the 1 min that spent looking around I found half a dozen references that would at least get you started. Try and do a bit of research.

One can second what A.A. said, nevertheless, a slight modification of a standard method goes like this: column: phenomenex´s Prodigy 5µ ODS (3),4x250mm; mobile phase: 2%H20 + 98%Methanol.
