I am not able to find one analytical method about determination of Tiamulin in animal feeds by HPLC.

Have you actually done a literature search? If the answer is yes, there is something wrong with the search strategy adopted.

I want to determine tiamulin in plasma samples by HPLC and UV-visible detection. I don't find any analytical method. Have someone experience with this compound? Thank you very much.

i dont known about the assay for Tiamulin, really. The product have been for a long time but there are not any information in the Phamacopoea (BP, USP Vet). So Can help me for this informations.
