What degree of polymerization (DP) are you dealing with? You might be able to separate the oligimers from one another and from the monomer by reversed phase if the DP isn't too high.

You pl. try in GFC systems using phosphate buffer with SDS, if your sample is water soluble and use columns in serial , you may get better resolution
