I wonder if anyone could help me with this...
I need to develope an HPLC method for the analyze of Topiramate (2,3:4,5-di-O-isopropylidene-b-D-fructopyranose sulfamate), and I only have an UV detector (because I heard that with a fluorescence detector it would be easier).
I think that my only chance is to dervatize the sample into something else, but I really donīt know what to do, I donīt have the Handbook either...
I hope someone could give me any clue, thanks anyway
