Hello friends,

Can any body suggests a chiral method for pramipexole. Iused Chiralcel OJ with hexane ethanol and Tea and Chiralcel WH with 0.25mM copper sulfate. In both cases Icould not get the baseline separation. And in previous case the RT is about 230 min.
