I am trying to develop an LC-MS/MS method for the determination of misoprostol free acid in plasma with LOQ of 10 pg/mL. There is plenty signal. However, at the low end of the calibration curve, the reproducibility has been very poor. It is probably a stability issue. Does anyone know under what conditions the drug is stable and what conditions to avoid?
