we have seen in literature that to increase the detectibility for HPLC analysis of Tranexamic acid, authors are using 2-hydroxy napthaldehyde as the derivitizing agent. can any one help me by giving information regarding the reaction requirments for quantitative analysis for tranexamic acid.
