When the integrator computes the area under the peak it starts at the baseline and ends in a baseline. This is labeled BB. Sometimes the baseline ends in a valley between peaks. This will be called BV or it may compute from valley to valley. This is VV. You can tell an integrator how to draw your baseline like from valley to valley. There several options you can choose. There is a section in a integrator manual that explains this in detail.Read the rest.
