I need to quantitate hydrocodone bitartrate and codeine in separate pharmaceutical syrups to discern if it meets claim. I need an SPE method or some quick way to extract to quantitate by gc/ms. Can someone recommend a sample prep procedure or decent ref.for one. I don't operate LC and the LC operator never used THF ,so that method is not being considered now. arizpaul@aol.com
