Probably "Methyl Octyl Silane" (C8).
You might try buying it from Hewlett Packard (now renamed "Agilent"). Alternatively, check out Hypersil's web site:

There are two types of Hypersil MOS C8 columns. They are Hypersil MOS and Hypersil MOS2.
The difference between these two columns is that the MOS is not endcapped and the MOS2 is.
