If you have access to a copy of "Practical HPLC Method Development (2nd ed)" by Snyder, Kirkland, and Glajch", check pages 296-303 for a thorough treatment of the subject. The book is published by Wiley; you can get it directly from them, from us at LC Resources (click on the link at the upper left for information) or from Amazon.

Having said that, a question for Anonymous #2, when you're done with the guide, could you post it and send us a link to it? Or, alternatively, send us a hard copy and we can post it on our site (with attribution, of course) so others can link to it there.

This is anonymous #2. I should be able to get copies out of that guide to all by the beginning of next week. Until then I can answer any questions by telephone or email.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the guide to using buffers in RP-HPLC is now available. It has been emailed to those that have requested it. If anyone else is interested please feel free to contact me directly.

Thanks for the interest.
