I saw this title today, actually it was listed on 12/22/99. I am looking for assays to characterize plasmid DNA too. Somebody had responded this message saying he/she has a reference for the subject on 12/28/99. How can I find the somebody and get the reference? Please help me.

The person who responded ("Sha") was kind enough to provide an e-mail address. You should be able to call up that message, double click on the name, and send an e-mail.

For those of us with MS-outlook based Email system, (at least in my case) clicking on the username (as in "sha") results in the message "outlook cannot create item". So the link is not available.
