Does anyone know if there are commercially available software packages that automate or help in any way calculate parameters neccessary for analytical (HPLC) method validation other than Waters? I'm not interested in LIMS, standard chromatography data software, or system suitability software. I'm looking for the DryLab (method development) equivalent for method validation. What is the current practice in regulated labs for data reduction? Manual/spreadsheet calculations?

The only product I have located is Validation Manager from Merck (Germany).
You may have a look at their site : www.merck.de/english/services/labor/index.htm; it is presented as an add-on module to their chromatographic data system (D7000 HPLC system Manager for Hitachi instruments) but I know it is also available as a stand-alone product.
Current version is 1.35

Check out NuGenesis Archive and NuGenesis Unify/Vision for data management--not LIMs. www.mantrasoft.com
