I'm trying to have an optimized method for the determination of doxycycline in porcine tissues: liver, skin + fat, muscle and kidney.
My LOD is 50 µg/g and the problem is the blank.
I can't obtein blank tissues enough. I think that is an extraction problem.
If is there anybody that had worked in this, and he knows an extraction method, I'm be pleased to be helped.

We've describe a good generic method for SPE in J. Chromatogr. A 828 (1998), 273-281. The generic technique has been applied to plasma, animal tissue and urine.
