My laboratory is looking to find a HPLC method for the separation of Opiates (mophine, codine, oxycodone, etc). The USP method that our laboratory currently has as a reference uses THF. We would like to avoid using THF if possible.

If anyone has a method that they are currently using or know of a reference to one that would be helpful.
