Need information on an HPLC of SEC analytical method for Heparin, a polysaccharide, sometimes described as a glycoprotein. Specific columns and mobile phases would help.

Check:
Lecchi, P. and Abramson, F.P. Size exclusion chromatography-chemical reaction interface mass spectrometry. "A perfect match". Anal. Chem. 71: 2951-2955 (1999). We analyzed both low and high MW heparin with no problems.
