I'm trying to seperate (preperative) two proteins, one of which contains a covalently bound heme.
Unfortunatly they have very similar molecular weights, pKs etc.
I thought of trying a column using an iso-cyanide to reversably bind the heme.
Does anyone know of such a column material?
Is there an alternative?
