Can anybody suggest a HPLC method for Neomycin Sulfate, Bacitracin Zinc and Polymyxin Sulfate?

There are some literature references for polymyxin sulfate as I recall (I worked with Polymyxin B Sulfate some 7 years ago). I used a either a C8 or C18 reversed phase column with success and the mobile phase as I recall may have used some TFA. I also recall that it was an isocratic method. Hope this helps.

There is a method for neomycin sulfate in Jour of Chrom (circa 1988) in blood and urine. It is a derivatization with FMOC and fluorescence detection. Try a literature search.
