What are the different buffer used in LC.
I would like to have some informations for the preparation: the amount (mM),different buffer for different PH acid, basic or neutral.

For standard reversed-phase HPLC, the buffer concetrations are around 50 mM. Buffers are used at 1 to 1.5 units around their pKa.
