What exactly do you need to know?
Statistical tests depends on what are you trying to demostrate. Basically you need to know
1) Probability distributions: Normal, t (Student), F (Fisher)
2) Statistical inference: test t, F
3) Linear regression analysis and weighted linear regression. Residual analysis.
4) Placket-Burmman method

As you can see, is better to read a book. I can recommend "Statistics for Analytical Chemistry"
2nd Ed. J.C. Miller and J.N. Miller. English version: Ellis Horwood, London. There are editions in different languages.
