The literature reports tandem MS and chemiluminesence detection for FK-506(aka tacrolimus or prograf). I need a UV method. FK-506 is a C44 H69 N1 O12 compound with 3 C=O bonds.
Any suggestions and / or references? Thanks for any help possible.
