Note that there are several errors in this document. The y-axis scale on Figure 1 should be microvolts, not millivolts. The calculations for Figure 1 are OK, but the operators did not print correctly. The light characters that are displayed instead of operators should be 5 is = (equal); 2 is - (minus); 3 is x (times).
