Erratum: Figure 1 has the y-axis mis-labeled. It should be 0-1000, not 0-2000. Also, attempts to replicate the results from Table 1 will be a problem because the values in Table 1 are rounded and more significant figures are needed to get the exact results of Figrue 1.
